A lot of feedback we get on our travels is that many would consider selling and moving on if only the right thing was out there for them to move to. Those looking to downsize are a particular case in point. If that sounds like you, read on!
We have designed a system whereby owners can market-test a price without having to go through the expense and hassle of going on the market. We would simply ask you to fill in a short 60-second online survey providing summary information about your current houses and future needs. It goes without saying that we would hold all data confidentially, but clearly the more data we can collect the better for all. We have incorporated some clever technology into our system that generates specific matches of properties and buyers with a high degree of fit.
We would then contact you to arrange a visit and with your express consent, summary details could then be passed in confidence to identified potential buyers and we would negotiate the sale if you wished to proceed.
The benefit to you as sellers is a chance to test appetite and pricing without incurring the expense of HIPs and other marketing costs, as well as the prospect of a private sale which some of you may prefer. It is worth bearing in mind that many properties that are mis-priced suffer if they hang around on the market long-term, so you’ll be able to see what your house is really worth without the risk of everyone else knowing about it!
Buyers will love having the opportunity to see more properties to choose from. Of course, you can decide to formally put your house on the market at any point if you so wish.
We would be grateful if you would take a minute to fill in the survey below. We’re hoping this form of property “speed dating“ might actually take off more widely!!
